AAAS, or super large light-colored figs, are closed-mouth yellow figs measuring approximately 23 mm or more and selected through the AAA outlet of the sorting machine. Each fig weighs approximately 8 to 10 grams. Large figs command higher prices than smaller ones, and AAAS figs have the highest value and price among closed-mouth types because of their light color. They are fleshy, full and very soft in texture. The maximum rate of spoilage and pest damage is 10%. This super large grade also contains some bud-shaped and key-shaped figs. Suitable for everyday consumption, nut mixes, gifts, souvenirs and export.
