Figs with a diameter greater than 22 mm that exit the sorting machine through the AAA output and have a slightly open mouth are called large bud figs. If the skin color of this fig is light yellow, it is called super bud fig. Bud and klidi figs fall into the open-mouth category and have fewer splits compared to other open-mouth figs, opening only enough for a key to enter like an unopened bud. This fig is slightly less open than Sadik figs and is also known as Sargol fig. The approximate weight of each fig is between 8 to 12 grams. Bud figs are priced higher than closed-mouth figs and cheaper than luxury smiling figs. Due to their super color, they also command a higher quality and price compared to darker samples. These figs are completely fleshy, full, and high quality with a soft texture and a maximum error rate of 5%. They are among the best samples for daily consumption, nut mixes, and gifting, being top sellers in both domestic and international markets.
